Sadly, I had to rush Robert back to VEG just hours after our first visit because he suffered a severe second wave of anaphylactic shock. To say this team is life-saving is an understatement. They immediately admitted him for a 24 hour overnight stay, monitored his shifting vitals minute-by-minute, and completely pulled him out of danger again.While the entire 24-hour staff was incredible, Dr. Beckwith, Dr. Ritchie, Erin and Carolyn were absolute heroes during the day and overnight shifts. They treated Robert like their own. They gave me total peace of mind during a mentally draining crisis. Carolyn and Dr. Beckwith laid the perfect foundation during the day and the overnight team Dr Ritchie and Erin took exceptional care of him through the night. I’d like to reiterate, the ENTIRE staff was amazing! I just don’t remember everyone’s name! Thank you VEG Mount Pleasant! Thank you all for giving my boy his life back twice in one day!

Couldn't recommend this clinic more! Our 65 lb dog ate an entire bag of coffee beans, and I rushed her in during what turned into a really scary couple of days. Dr. Barricks, Dr. Yates, Dr. Roberts, and the whole staff were incredible. They didn’t just treat her physically, they went above and beyond emotionally too. Staff lay with her and watched anime to help keep her calm, moved her between the pen, the “house,” and a private room as her needs changed, and patiently answered my frequent check-in calls while I was away. They truly made Delilah’s comfort and wellbeing a top priority, not just her treatment. I hope we never need emergency care again, but if we do, or if a friend ever needs a recommendation, this is exactly where we’d go. Cannot recommend them enough. ❤️
