Dr. Fuller and his team provide exceptional care to their feline patients. Their clinic is tailored to the needs of cats from how quiet it is to the feliaway used to reduce anxiety. I work at a veterinary specialty clinic that does not have the same resources as a GP and I bring my cats here for their routine care because of the top-tier care they receive. Additionally, whenever an owner brings a cat to my place of employment I always recommend Cats Only for their more generalized needs. Your cat will love it here!

Dr Fuller is literally a god send and an angel. Thank you for being so attentive and so kind and caring and absolutely just so knowledgeable and amazing. i trust him and COAH with my cat. i put my cats life in their hands and they delivered. For anyone reading this, they are the most competitively priced vet too (trust me, i tried almost EVERY vet in charleston to check). i wish i still lived in charleston so i could continue getting care. please dont go anywhere else

Dr Fuller and team have been very supportive and informative while caring for my senior cat. They take the time to explain what is going on and how to care for her as her kidney disease progresses. I am very glad I found them and have had a great experience
