The actual visit with the vet and the team was great. They were caring and friendly and very gentle with our baby. My only complaint was that I pre-registered as recommended on the site and I received saying I should go to the location and then I would get a text. This was not the process at all and after realizing this, I got in line and then had to wait. I was the first person at the clinic and did not immediately get in line because the email said wait for a text before coming to the clinic area. I now know differently but sharing so others can avoid this same confusion and get in line as soon as you get to the area. As I said the staff and vet were great so I would definitely recommend.
