I came to Holmes Animal Hospital for my Cat who has a history of UTI and Bladder Stones. Holmes is not my primary vet, but my vet was currently booked. With a cat not urinating it can be deadly, so I was desperate to get him seen ASAP. I paid over $700 worth of services in which my cat came back as “Constipated”. I asked for a copy of his medical records as he declined over a week in a half, and nowhere in the medical records did it mentioned him being constipated, nor where the X-rays attached, but IT DID mention cloudy urine which is a sign of infection . So I have now moved him back to his current vet, which diagnosed him with a severe bladder infection, which wouldn’t have gotten as bad if he were treated correctly to begin with. So, on top of me having to pay another whole new vet bill, my poor cat had to continue to suffer. I tried to reach back out to the clinic before writing this review, but it’s been 2-3 days and I’ve heard nothing back. I will never take my animal back here, as he was misdiagnosed, sedated for being vocal, and I feel that I was overcharged due to the circumstances of trying to take care of him. I am still waiting for an email back with someone so then I can talk to them about my concerns, and unfair treatment of my pet.

They took very good care of my dog, extremely caring and nice. I also had to have my cat euthanized and they were so sympathetic, great people.
