jUST REMEMBER BAD REVIEWS GET ERASED. Our horse became critically ill overnight, Palmetto closest. This clinic is run by 3 very young girls who come across as dismissive and rude and made one feel privileged to be there. Staff lacked compassion, prices extremely high one pays to what needs to be done We made the decision to put her down Palmetto handled it with abrupt, insensitive even to yanking out the IV. Told if we kept her alive longer they could do more tests at our expense!!! Palmetto asked for her blood said no cost to us except they charged us additional $90.00 for her blood. . Losing a horse is devastating,, we ought to know and anyone who goes to Palmetto Clinic should expect professionalism, and respect .We have owned Thoroughbred race horses, show horses and halter horses and this had to be the worst clinic we have ever encountered.

I had an emergency with my walking horse (colic) and needed immediate attention! It was in the middle of the night. Dr. Paramore was the vet on call and she answered the phone promptly, told me to trailer him in right then and she ended up keeping him 2 nights at the clinic to save his life! Dr. Paramore was attentive, knowledgeable and explained everything thoroughly. I will forever feel a sense of indebted to Dr. Paramore and palmetto equine facility for saving my horse.

I brought my horse in this afternoon to figure out the cause for swelling in her fetlocks. From the extremely kind receptionist, to the friendly girls who assisted the knowledgeable veterinarians I had a very welcoming and great experience. I really appreciate all of the staff members who cared for my horse I will definitely be bringing my business back!
