Good prices for vet care as it's a non profit. Good care. Large establishment. However, for stray cats that you want neutered? DO NOT BRING pregnant cats! They get turned away. If you can't foster your dangerous, feral pregnant cat then, you will have to release her back into the street to give birth outdoors. (Which defeats the whole purpose of trapping stray cats to get them fixed.) The Hilton Head Humane Society, also located in Okatie, South Carolina, will terminate cat pregnancies but, they only have appointments on Tuesdays.

I can’t say enough good things about this clinic. We had a little feral cat outside that needed to be neutered badly. Everyone else I called and they said there was a long waiting list to get in even if I paid. But PALS was able to get us in Right away for a very low fee, we were able to get him fixed, vaccinated, and microchip! Definitely recommend this wonderful organization!
