Very nice ppl great customer service did have to wait long vet is very good gentle knows wat he’s talking about and what he’s doing really recommend this vet vet tech were awesome knowledgeable and helped very much went out of the way to make visit comfortable very nice

My first visit was great, which is why I trusted this clinic for my dog’s spay surgery. After delays in pickup, I was informed that my dog had swallowed a 12-inch medical tube during the procedure. She was still heavily sedated, and attempts to resolve the issue there were unsuccessful. Given the size of the tube (photo attached) I was very concerned that this was not something that could pass safely. However, I was advised to “wait and see,” without a clear plan or sense of urgency. Trusting my instincts, I sought emergency care elsewhere, where I was told immediate surgery was necessary. My dog underwent emergency surgery that same day. This was a very distressing experience. In situations involving serious complications, clear guidance, urgency, and proactive care are critical.
