Dr. McFadden was super helpful, kind, and understanding of the stress level of patient and owner. Explained diagnostic process and all options, was willing to work around cat temper. You should give your cat drugs before going to the emergency vet if it's not relevant to the problem. Shout out my boy five stars

Great experience for my first time bringing my cat to urgent care. Prices were reasonable and the care received was beyond expectations. The whole care team was fantastic! Dr. McFadden was very knowledgeable, kind, and took the time to educate.

Best experience Ive ever had at the vet. Lauren was great from the start, getting us in and updating us. Dr. McFadden was the most thorough doctor Ive spoke to about my dog even after I came in with emergency walk in, compared to Banfield. He took his time explaining everything, diagnosis, scenarios, next steps, and medication dosage. Thank yall for taking care of Rhubarb
