Very happy with Dr. Santos and all the staff. I have 2 indoor cats and she loves on them and talks to them like I do in a loving manner. I never feel that I am rushed by Dr. Santos and all of her staff. They listen and note everything going on with my cats. I recommend her to others. I like the way she also gives Vaccinations to my pets.

Thankful for their caring staff and Dr. Mele. They got us in quickly to help a rescue kitten. Unfortunately his little brother passed before we could make it to the veterinary clinic. Thankful we hopefully can save Maverick, a real little fighter.

Dr Santos and her entire staff are absolutely the most caring, compassionate and professional veterinary team I have experienced or seen in my 65 years of owning a dog. Our puppy Moses loves going to her for all of his medical needs.

Had an emergency with my dog that our current vets office did not handle to satisfaction so I called the office to ask for a second opinion. Not only did I get that but he was taken in immediately and taken care of through the week with so much care and compassion. All of the staff we had contact with in person and/or on the phone were very professional, friendly, and beyond helpful. From first contact to checkout 3 days later (including check in texts and calls from their office to ensure he was doing ok), the communication and treatment was exceptional. Dr Santos and her staff have gained 4 new patients and a very grateful family for their help with our furbaby.
