we dropped my cat off at around 8:30-9 am, for a spay which is a 30 minute surgery plus recovery time which is around an hour to two, at 3:35 i called back because i never received a call to come get her, they said she never even had the surgery but she was next in line. they didnt even call to let us know or anything. poor baby was probably scared to death all day. couldve atleast let us know so we could pick her up and reschedule.
