Very appreciative for the work-in for a new patient. My 10 year old dog was having some issues and they were wonderful.

A kitten found our house and decided he wanted to stay around to live with us. I was recommended to Waterway so I called to get a first visit for this little kitten. The person I spoke with on the phone was professional and helpful in getting us in to see Dr. Stevens. The staff was lovely when we arrived with our kitten, smiling and helpful. Our appointment was on time and the Dr. and her Vet Tech Destiny were wonderful, explained everything and answered any and all questions we had (even from my small kids). Very happy with services and would recommend.
