After making a appointment at another clinic in another state by mistake these rock stars saw my dog immediately without delay. Treated him and made my day. Dr Brown was hospitable and efficient as Blaze felt better almost immediately. This visit was purely by mistake and I'm so glad that it transpired the way it did.p

Took my 11yr lab mix in bc she has a lump on her butt & passing Alot of obnoxious gas. The vet (she didn't intro herself, so Idk who it was) rushed my dog onto the scales. We walked into the examine room. The woman didn't intro herself to my dog or even close the door to the lobby. Asked what food. She instantly started in on that. Told me to chg food. She listened to my dog's underside, including chest area. Didn't even look at bump until I pointed it out. I was so rattled that I forgot to tell the supplements I give her. She didn't tell me what she heard/not heard in my dog during her very brief examination. I wanted to get her vaccines, but she pushed us out the door so fast I forgot about them, even tho I mentioned them at the desk. The vet even asked about bordetella & I agreed to it. She still didnt give it. The entire exam was 5min at most for a bill of $75! If you care about your companion & want to know information DO NOT GO TO BROWN'S IN LC!! That woman had me all shaken up over dog food. That's all she talked about!! Update. Called to get the answers to the questions I should've asked yesterday, but too stunned to ask. The lady "in the back" was RUDE as well! If you & your furry friend want someone Compassionate.... Look somewhere Else!
