"I am incredibly disappointed with my experience at this clinic. I brought my pet in for pain, which I explained repeatedly. Unfortunately, after her visit, her condition had worsened to the point where I had to make the heartbreaking decision to euthanize her. I was told she would receive a pain injection, but the underlying cause of her pain was never properly diagnosed or explained to me. I would not recommend this clinic."

We had to take our German shepard in on the 4th of July for a life or death emergency. They got her right in, explained everything, and were very compassionate. They did a life saving surgery and called us right after to let us know that she made it! Thank you!

The receptionist is the rudest unconcerned person I have met in the vet business! She must hate her job, these are our babies and if she doesn’t understand that then she needs to find another place to work!!! I will never take my baby here as long as she is working here!

We had to bring our best boy, Cash in on a Sunday afternoon. He was very sick, and needed to be seen as soon as possible. The got him back quickly, and the vet that was on staff ran tests. He was diagnosed with IMHA- which we had never heard of. Unfortunately, the vet did not explain the severity of this disease to us. I asked her, what the prognosis was, and she said it was good. He’d need a blood transfusion and would need to be on steroids for the rest of his life. She did explain that it may take more than one transfusion. We were estimated at $2,500-$3,500 and put the deposit down for $2,500. When we got home, after leaving him there to start the transfusion- I dove in deeper to what exactly IMHA was. It is a devastating disease and even if we got him stabalized, chance of relapse and a lifetime of the likes of chemo and steroids would be needed. I felt as though either a- the vet was not knowledgeable about the quality of life he’d have, had we made it past the crucial first couple of weeks- or b- it was a money grab while we we devastated and willing to do what we needed to do. Had we known what his future would look like, we likely would have made the decision to forego the transfusion, and went with euthanasia from the beginning. We ended up having to put our boy down at midnight because he did not respond to the transfusion. We now have a $2,700 bill, and it didn’t even help our baby. That said, the rest of the staff, from the front desk to the techs were very compassionate and the process of putting him to sleep was well done. The evening vet on staff, was wonderful, caring and allowed us as much time as we needed to say our goodbyes. While we are grateful for that- please be cautioned to do your own research when facing a big diagnosis, before you agree to pay a hefty amount.
