All they were interested in was how much money they could get out of my kid who took there cat because she was sick. Sent home with 6 shots that should only be used by the vet himself. Do not recommend! Super rude and high cost!

My husband and I took my sister in laws cat in the other day to be seen by the vet. Our usual vet was booked and we had to get her seen as soon as possible as her symptoms were very worrying to all of us. Due to her being at work we brought her in, immediately we were out in a room to be seen however the vet tech did not introduce herself in any kind of way. She asked what was wrong and immediately handed us an estimate of over 1000 dollars. As cats do, at least from my experience, will pant from anxiety. The vet tech immediately started to say how she needed an x-ray which I declined too however she kept pushing it onto us that it was the only way to see what was wrong. I declined and just asked if we could do blood work as we are on a tight budget right now. After awhile she came back in saying they needed to do one more test and that the total would be 350. I agreed but she kept persisting that “in a perfect world she should be getting everything done.” The quote included $66 just for being a new patient. And a $178 consult just for someone to look over and talk to us about the x-rays which would’ve been pricy on their own. After while the Vet came in. He was absolutely rude and kept making remarks towards my husband and I. He repeatedly said “This is not what I am recommending but since you’re on such a tight budget this is what I’m doing.” He constantly brought this fact up pushing us to get more tests. This office seems to care more about money then their actual patients. The one good thing about this clinic was the ladies at the front desk and the vet assistant. Other then that I am truly dissatisfied and will not be recommending nor coming back here.

I had the terrible experience at this clinic. They were rude, the vet tech didn’t introduce herself and just took away, and they were more concerned about getting money out of me, I had a budget that I had to stay on and told them multiple times about my budget. They tried to almost gaslight me into doing more test when I explicitly said I couldn’t afford it. The Veterinarian was talking down to me and telling me this isn’t want he recommended but still gave us medication. Come to find out when I was home they shave my cat’s neck and didn’t inform me that they did shave her. Bottom line I will not be coming back, and will not be recommending this clinic anywhere. Highly disappointed in this clinic.

We are new to the area and had to find a Vet to take our 2 Frenchies… The staff was very friendly and efficient. My Frenchies enjoyed the extra attention from the staff too.

Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had with a veterinary doctor in my Life! The front office staff was very friendly. The doctor was the most unfriendly rude that I have ever met. I would not let him or recommend anybody to let him touch their animal. Don’t see how somebody that provides service for someone, can be that way. I brought my golden retriever, which had a 6 inch incision from an accidental trimming Into the office for evaluation and stitches. After waiting over an hour with only one person checking on me. The doctor came in once asked if I had an estimate yet. 30 minutes later came in and asked again. Finally, after an over an hour had passed nurse tech moved me to another room for evaluation and weighing are the dogs for the second time. Doctor came in the room, asked if I received an estimate yet again. 10 minutes later came back in the room did not shake. My hand didn’t introduce himself I Doctor came in the room asked if I received an estimate yet again. 10 minutes later came back in the room did not shake my hand, did not introduce himself. I explained I had trimmed the area so he could see the wound better to help them out more, and the Dr. said and I quote “ I don’t give a damn what you did. All I care about is this number right here.” slams the estimate on the observation table Grabs his pin and circles the ridiculously high number on the bottom of The estimate at least 10 times. And says again “That number right there!!! is all I care about! I was absolutely shocked did not know how to even address the situation. I grabbed my dog by her leash, did not say a word open the door And walled straight out of the office. Saying I will never ever come back here again. I would never let anybody that impersonal or rude touch my dog or any other animal that I own. I do not know how someone can stay in business, providing a service and being so absolute ridiculously rude.
