Great service, punctual and polite.

The worst place ever! You call and they put you on hold and never answer the call. The staff are so unprofessional! We ended up taking our dogs there for a procedure. Two of our dogs were done. The staff claimed our other dog could not be done due to her being too aggressive. They kept our dog in the kennel for 24 hours. They kept her in her poop until we picked them up. When we went to pick up our dogs, the employees acted like they were scared to be around her. If you are suppose to be veterinary, why are you scared to be around dogs. We will NEVER take our dogs there again!

The Hampton animal hospital is very dirty, smelly , and unclean. It looked very unsanitary in the back where the animals are kept. The staff left my dog in a cage with poop and pee all in it. I will never take my babies back there ever again. And I highly do not recommend this place .
