Just called thinking this was the same great place I’ve been bringing my animals since high school. I don’t live here but when visiting I like to know there are trustworthy people that have my animals back. Well, I said my cat was not feeling well with no response, then asked if they had an appointment, use to be walk-in, and she said no without going into detail or trying to help me out by giving me another date. This is my first time writing a review for ANYTHING and I hope I don’t have to again. Unhelpful and short. Not what you want in someone looking after your animal when you’re stressed and worried about them.

Making people who have had dogs on flea pills and heart room come in to get a checkup and meanwhile our animals don't get meds they've been getting for years. In July no warning during prime flea outbreak season. Do not go here.

Told me one price multiple times, then told me a double cost the day of surgery.
