Vicky leaving this review on my husband's account. Today we brought my Mother's (Catherine Thorne) dog Kirby to Southern Trail for the first time. It's a nice new and clean Vet clinic in a convenient location. I initially called and scheduled the appointment with Christy and she was excellent and very helpful and informative. Although our Kirby is precious he doesn't do well with people he doesn't know or other dogs. The entire staff was great the way they handled his visit today to keep the visit safe for everyone. This practice runs very smoothly! It's a great team here and it's clear they all have a passion and love for animals. Dr. Eaves was wonderful with Kirby and Kirby was as calm as he could be considering his anxiety. They were gentle and sweet throughout the visit.The Vet techs Kirsty and Jess were great too. I absolutely recommended this practice and feel that they are fairly priced. Thanks for taking such good care of Kirby. We'll be using them for our girl Greta one day when she needs an appointment.

I have a boxer mix and his ear was infected, so they had to sedate him.I told them he would have to be sedated in order to have a cone, put on his head because he did not like them, and they charged me over $400 to sedate him and clean his ear. When I picked him up, he did not have a cone because they thought they could do it without him being sedated I'm disabled $,400, is a lot for anyone. My vet closed several years ago and I never paid anywhere near that amount of money to have my dogs checked out for anything. And I've had dogs my entire life. I'm 50, now my dog has an issue with his tooth. What am I supposed to do this was about 1 11/2 yrs ago.

The vets are very thorough. They do not rush, examine your pet well & give easy to understand instructions. I have not had a Dr treat me this kind in a long time.

Hands down best pet care we have ever had. Our girl Holly is sassy and we are so blessed to have found Dr Mike and Dr Jose! The care we receive is just hands down the best. The entire staff from the front desk to the nurses could not be better! We will be forever patients.
