Wonderful caring people. Our dog had a medical emergency while we were camping. We called them and they said to bring him right in. They were waiting for him as we entered and immediately took him from us to be cared for. Unfortunately he could not be saved so we requested that our little buddy of 12 years be euthanized. It was heartbreaking. Every single person on the staff was so supportive, caring and professional. About two weeks later we received a card in the mail with all of the staffs hand written condolences along with copies of our dog's paw prints. We appreciate it so much. If you're looking for a veterinary office that truly cares about you and your pet, Chapin veterinary hospital is the place.

Dr. Parnell got me in asap with my rabbit, her and her staff were very professional and caring. The clinic was extremely clean and all staff members were very sweet! Thank you again all staff that helped today! 10/10 will be returning for all care for my rabbit.

I have been bringing my bunnies Alfie and Benji to see Dr. Parnell for the past 8 years, and she and the staff always go out of their way to make sure they are seen quickly. Bunnies are great at hiding illness so they can become emergent very quickly! I came in last friday because Benji had gotten some hay in his eye and I was afraid it had scratched the cornea. Dr. Floyd was able to see him immediately. Being in healthcare myself (human), I know how important it is to keep current on the literature. The treatment prescribed healed Benji's eye quickly. Dr. Floyd was very nice and knowledgeable and went out of his way to get into the science and literature with me on how the treatment works. Thank you guys for always taking such good care of my buns!
