The vet and techs are very nice and caring.
When my mother-in-law’s dog ingested Decon on the Friday before Memorial Day, our family was in a panic and needed help immediately. We had recently moved to the area, and my mother-in-law was visiting us from out of town. Another veterinary office refused to see her dog, and since she was not an established patient at Mill Village Veterinary, we weren’t sure anyone would be able to help. Despite that, they got her dog in quickly and immediately took action. From the moment we arrived, the entire team treated us like we’d been clients for years. Their compassion, professionalism, and genuine concern for her well-being were unmatched. What stood out most was how thorough, down-to-earth, and calming they were throughout the entire process. They took the time to clearly explain what was happening, what treatment was needed, and what to expect next, which made an incredibly stressful situation much more manageable. Thankfully, my mother-in-law’s dog is alive and well today because of the care she received. Even more impressive, the team has followed up twice since our visit to check on her recovery, despite knowing that my mother-in-law lives out of town and was only visiting when the emergency happened. We will never forget the kindness and exceptional care we received. In a moment when every minute mattered, Mill Village Veterinary stepped up without hesitation. If you’re looking for a veterinary team that combines expertise with genuine compassion, I cannot recommend them highly enough.
We brought them a feral cat with a broken back that was hit by a car and they euthanized it for free despite a neighbor who originally offered to pay for any sort of treatment or cost associated with the treatment of the animal and was hostile towards them. This is a very compassionate vet that wasn't going to allow this animal to suffer. I take my personal pet there and you should too.
